My IPC has an SD card but does not generate recordings. What should I do?
1. Check whether the IP camera (IPC) recognizes the SD card. If you can see the capacity information about the SD card on the storage settings page, the SD card is recognized.
2. Check whether the recording switch is turned on. If it is not, no recordings will be generated and stored to the SD card.
